The food truck
Book the truck.
Our kitchen on wheels, out on the street most weeks and available for private events. Company lunches, block parties, graduations, wedding late-nights, anything with people standing outside and nowhere obvious to feed them.
The truck
Why a truck
It solves a problem a caterer cannot.
There is no kitchen where you are
A parking lot, a park, a warehouse, a job site, the street outside your building. The truck brings its own kitchen, its own power and its own service window, and it needs nothing from the venue except a place to park.
People are arriving over three hours
A buffet has to be set, held and cleared on a schedule. A truck opens a window and serves whoever turns up, which fits an open house, a block party or a shift change far better than a table of chafing dishes.
You want the food to be the entertainment
People queue, talk to each other in the queue, and watch their food being made. At a company event that does more for the room than a catered lunch on a back table.
It is late and the bar is still open
Wedding late-night is the truck's best hour. Pull it up outside at ten o'clock and the dance floor empties into a queue and then fills back up again.
Out in the wild
The truck at work.
Book it
Tell us the date and roughly how many.
Give us the date, the address, a rough headcount and the window you want it serving. We will come back with what it costs and what the truck needs from the site.
Useful to know: how many people, over how long, and whether you are paying for everyone or your guests are buying their own. Those three answers change the shape of the quote more than anything else.

Questions
Food truck catering, answered.
How much space does the truck need?
Room to park a full-size step van and open a service window on one side, plus clearance to get in and out. A couple of standard parking spaces in a row usually does it. Level ground matters more than people expect. Tell us the address when you enquire and we will tell you whether it works.
Do you need power or water on site?
No. The truck carries its own, which is the whole point of it. If there is power available we will sometimes use it, but nothing about the booking depends on the venue having any.
How many people can the truck feed, and how fast?
It depends entirely on the menu you pick and how long the window is open. A short menu moves a queue far faster than a long one, which is why the street menu is deliberately brief. Tell us your headcount and your serving window and we will tell you whether one truck covers it or whether you want a second service point.
Can guests pay for their own, or do we buy it all?
Either. A private buyout where you cover everything is the usual choice for a company event or a wedding late-night. For a public-facing event, guests buying their own is common and changes the cost to you significantly. Say which you want when you enquire, because it is the single biggest variable in the quote.
Can you cater the event and bring the truck?
Yes, and it is a good combination for a wedding: a full catered dinner from the mobile kitchen, then the truck outside at ten o'clock for late-night. One company, one conversation, and the two timelines get written together rather than negotiated between two vendors on the day.
How far will the truck travel?
Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee and Washington counties as standard. Further is usually possible with enough notice, so ask.
What happens if it rains?
The truck serves in the rain. The queue is the part that suffers, so if your event is outdoors and uncovered it is worth having somewhere for people to stand. We will talk through it when we know the site.
